Management: Steve Coggin has one of the strongest backgrounds in corporate MLM
that we've ever seen. A former executive with Melaleuca and other MLM/direct sales
companies, Mr. Coggin brings to Changes, knowledge and experience that have been the
catalyst for incredible new developments and enhancements to the Changes opportunity that
have placed this company among the top opportunities in the network marketing industry.

Online Training & Support: Excellent. Regularly updated website with an
online newsletter, weekly hotline information, product and business opportunity
information, events list, etc. We are very impressed by the timeliness in which the
monthly corporate newsletter is uploaded and available online at the beginning of the
month, every month. This is a virtue that is lacking in many otherwise good companies and
shows professionalism and a management team that truly understands marketing. I'd like to
see an online sign-up and ordering capabilities, but it has been announced that they will
be available soon, with many new website enhancements forthcoming. Click here to learn how you can

Field Training & Support: Excellent. Regular corporate sponsored regional
trainings, opportunity meetings, and national conventions provide outstanding field
support along with distributor lead meetings and weekly conference calls.
Motivational Support: Motivational support available online, via newsletters,
conference calls and local, regional, and national events.
Training & Support Rating: 5 Stars
Products/Services: Health and nutrition, weight management. Excellent quality products with national brand name recognition via parent company Twinlab, the well known health and nutrition manufacturer. I'd like to see a diversification into other product lines such as personal care and homecare, however, new products have recently been introduced, which includes a protein shake, nutritional bar, fiber drink, and a calcium supplement. We predict new product lines in the near future.

Compensation Plan: Compressed 2 level unilevel plan with sharing bonuses of 14%
of companywide business volume(BV). Changes pioneered the wave 4, 15% on level 1 and 45%
on level 2, compensation plan that is now being copied by many nutritional companies
today. This very lucrative front end comp plan pays a substantial income on a relatively
small downline. With a recent compensation plan enhancement, Changes does it again by
introducing an unprecedented sharing bonus of a whopping 14% of companywide business
volume and doing away with the very limiting "blockable and not really infinity"
bonuses that has been the major negative with Changes and other similar companies. This
new enhancement makes the Changes compensation plan the best in the industry, giving
newcomers and part-timers the ability to earn a substantial income with a relatively small
number of distributors as well as providing the serious network marketing professional and
long term part-timer the opportunity to earn a realistic high six figure income. A seven
figure income is now very possible for top distributors. We are giving the new Changes
International the highest compensation plan and overall rating we've given out so far...

company Twinlab. Very distributor friendly. Excellent nationwide training system.
Incredible payplan.
Disadvantages: The only disadvantage, that we see with the Changes opportunity,
if it really is a disadvantage, is its limited product line. However, we predict a more
diversified line in the near future.
Comments: Changes International is a solid business opportunity both for
part-timers as well as full time professional networkers. With Steve Coggin and his
management team in control and Twinlab behind them, the future of Changes International
and it's distributors is very bright.
